House for Rent (Available anytime between June 15 to June 31)

Looking for someone longterm as a tenant

2 bedroom detached bungalow (small yet clean)
Across the street from a public school and park (great for a couple)
Central Air Conditioning, Thermal windows, Forced Air Gas Furnace
Included: Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, Floor Freezer
Modern Kitchen, 4 piece modern bathroom.
Nice backyard with garden shed, near convenience store and public
transit.  Carpet and all drapes already present.  Partially finished
basement.  

Like I stated previously the home is very well kept and clean, no
mice and stuffff like that.  A married couple with children could
utilize the home the best (school and park across the street), although
students and others are welcome to take a look too!!!  I am now in the
process of painting and wallpapering (sp?) the place,  and new carpets
are on the way from a friend in the business.

Price per month .... uh... er.... hmmm? ... 

Approximately $1150 per month excluding utilities. (by the way, utilities
are really cheap, water and electric $55 per month even with the 
air-conditioning on!!, Gas is approx $40 per month, phone is standard,
cable may be installed at $26/for three months).
