The project, which is funded by the AIDS Directed Programme of the Medical Research Council, is a joint development between our mycobacterial and molecular virology research programmes. The posts available are: i) a postdoctoral position on scale RA1A (starting salary up to 13365 pounds sterling, under review). Applicants should be prepared to take a leading role in the direction of this challenging and innovative project. ii) a technician, grade 4 (up to 8183 pounds sterling initially, under review). Previous experience of molecular biology or work with mycobacteria would be an advantage but is not essential. Both posts are for a period of three years.
