I am attempting to implement the Graph Coloring Problem in a Boltzmann
Machine.  However, I do not no the relationship between the degree of
the graph and the units in each layer.  I am attempting to set up the
problems discussed in Aarts and Kort's book Simulated Annealing and
Boltzmann Machines published by John Wiley in 1989.

Any assistance is appreciated
