Summary: Usenet is very strange Message-ID: <6469@sdcsvax.UCSD.Edu> Date: 21 May 89 15:27:08 GMT Sender: nobody@sdcsvax.UCSD.Edu Reply-To: hartung@amos.UUCP (Jeff Hartung) Followup-To: comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d Distribution: usa Organization: Univ. of Calif., San Diego Lines: 18 I noticed this morining that Rahul reposted Part 4 of PC NetHack 2.3e due, no doubt, to the large volume of "...didn't get it here..." mail / articles. Then I continued reading the newsgroup as there was another article there as well and it was ... THE ORIGINAL ARTICLE CONTAINING PART 4! And it arrived *after* the repost! Well, anyhow, everything arrived intact here, proving. at least, that I can post an article to myself. :-) If anyone is STILL missing a part, I can now send missing stuff along. (Sorry I couldn't help anyone out who sent me e-mail, but I didn't make the parts, and Rahul, no doubt, used something other than PKPAK to create the archive to avoid incompatability with some versions of ARC, so I couldn't really create it either.) The moral of the story is that Usenet is really weird! :-) --Jeff Hartung-- Disclaimer: My opinions only, etc., etc., BLAH! BLAH! BLAH!...
