In fact, the software is not even invisible (ie, you couldn't run something in front of their software) This strikes me as rude and very misleading. The salesperpeople that I talked to was very evasive but finally admitted that yes, this program would make any 2400 baud modem act like MNP-equipped In fact, file transfer capabilities were never mentioned in our talk.
