Off the cuff:

1200 external - US$ 153
2400 external - US$ 316

(Bear in mind that the externals come with 240V adapters)

I don't have any info on internal modems, but as a rough guide,
just subtract US$25 off the external price.  If you have any
detailed questions, just give me a yell across the net.
