     I realize this has little to do with either computers or science,
but it is an education question, so this was the best I could do.

     For a Foundations of Education class I am trying to bring
together sources of information on the voucher system of choosing
schools (with the Minnesota system as the model, but other systems
would be of interest as well.). Anyone who could give me some
direction in searching for this information, your help would be
appreciated.
