Some time ago, there were two or three postings of alternative
scrolling packages (scroll.el) for GNU Emacs.  Could someone who
remembers please e-mail me the names of the authors?  I hadn't saved
those articles, and just realized that they would be nice to have.

And while I have your attention, is there any documentation on the
emacs-lisp functions of Emacs (other than the GNU Emacs manual?)
