Hi there!  I recently became interested in programming for MIDI
equiptment, but don't really know where to start.  I have an IBM PC
running under MS DOS, Turbo Pascal 4.0, Turbo C 1.5, and MASM.  I also
have lots of MIDI equiptment at my disposal.  Could anyone steer me
towards some good sources of information, and the right hardware for
tieing my PC into the configuration.  I know it's out there, so it's
just a matter of getting started.
