Is there a way to display all of the "paper size" information available
within a printer.  For example, my printer (Nec LC890) can recognize
the paper sized of letter, legal, a4 and b5.  I would like to print
the actual paper dimensions in points:

	paper height,  paper width, and the 
	left/right/top/bottom display area boundaries

For a given paper size, are the dimensions identical for ALL printers
or are these implementation dependent?
