When I send mail to myself, or include myself in
a mailing to several people,  I get a listing on my index
saying "To Jim Bradley".   This violates the "Principle
of Least Astonishment."   Elm should just indicate that
I am the sender,  just like any other sender.

OK, so you don't agree ... but how do I patch the code
to fix this?  (I am certainly not going to release elm
to my ADMINSTRATIVE superiors with this 'feature' present!)
