Before I get inundated with postings and mail, at PL8, Elm has
a different appearance in regards to signatures.  This is to allow
the built in editor to be used with signatures and to allow for
delayed determination (until send time) of which signature to use.

The signature is appended to the message, it just doesn't appear in
the editor buffer anymore.
