I'm still having a problem when I invoke the real thing. I find that popd terminates almost immediately when I: % /etc/popd & as root. Is there a way I can find out what's going on? This is on a Sun3 running SunOS 4.0. I had no trouble under SunOS3, and have applied the SunOS4 patches that are floating around. -- David Lassner, University of Hawaii Computing Center, 808/948-7351 INTERNET: david@uhccux.uhcc.hawaii.edu BITNET: david@uhccux
