we're setting up a heterogeneous email environment, centered around
a standard Unix sendmail backbone, with Lifeline for IBM/PCs, Quickmail?
for Macs, a little PROFS, All-In-One, Wang, etc (and a X.400 backbone).

it's all working, but now i have to document it.

if someone has written good papers (quick refs, hints, usual snags,
in-depth tutorials) for a mixed audience (secretaries to unix hackers)
on any of these topics, i'm interested:
	uucp and Internet addressing, the Domain system, the Internet,
	Lifeline, Quickmail, MH, XMH, Mail, mailtool, gnu mail, mush, 
	Elm, MacMH, standard bell/berkeley mail, mail-flow monitoring
	tools, sendmail configuring, ushare's mail
