The signup fee is $50, but almost every modem these days comes with a coupon for free signup, and 30 days free use. Online rates are $17 per hour prime time, and $10 non-prime (after 6pm weekdays, and all day weekends). Access is through Tymnet, Telenet, and CompuServe networks. There is a lot of information there, but the user interface is _incredibly_ bad. After my 30 days were up, an OAG sales rep called me to see if I wanted to continue with the service. I commented about the difficulty in using the system, and her response was "Oh, well that's why we give you 30 days free, to learn how to use it."
