I have two additions to what Ross commented re OAG:

First, I don't feel the user interface is any worse than a lot of
other dialup services.  It is quite cryptic, but usable.

Second, the cost per hour is *free* if you book a flight as a result
of the session.  I only end up paying in those cases where I learn
that I 'can't get there from here'...

The system is nice, but a good travel agent that is really willing
to find you the cheapest fares is still a better deal.  I just wish
I had one.
