It is quite cryptic, but usable. Second, the cost per hour is *free* if you book a flight as a result of the session. I only end up paying in those cases where I learn that I 'can't get there from here'... The system is nice, but a good travel agent that is really willing to find you the cheapest fares is still a better deal.
