I am trying to get patch to compile under minix but am missing some
files, namely:    EXTERN.h, common.h, and INTERN.h.

Would some kind (bitnet) soul send me a copy of these or at least tell me
where to find them?  Any words of wisdom about problems with compiling
patch under minix would also be appreciated.
