I am inquiring if anyone has made any TCP/IP or other connection between these two kinds of systems in order to allow users of one machine to be able to send files and/or mail to known users on the other. We are acquiring Carnegie-Mellon's CMU/TEK software for TCP/IP on the VAX; we also have kermit, which might do for the amount of traffic we expect, provided we could create practical user/address translations. so the range of possible solutions could be quite large; anybody got any?
