right about the time that you joined TWG, I was at Xerox looking for a job.
Partly because TWG had recruited you, I almost accepted an offer from them.

However, for various reasons, I accepted an offer from Convergent Technologies,
now Unisys.

When/why did you leave TWG?  I had heard recently that they had a "big layoff".
Are they in trouble business-wise?
