     We are in the midst to reviewing and revising our project management
and software development systems.
     Could anyone out there share their experiences with

     *  any of the data oriented specifications methodologies;
        (e.g. Warnier/Orr, Jackson, Chen, Martin)

     *  or non-graphic CASE tools.
        (We're currently using a variety of ANSI and vt100 emulating terminals.)

     Also does anyone have any recommendations on finding a good consultant
in this field?
