I had to leave some turf, but don't know any more how much and where. Art, your turf list never reached us. Could you mail me a copy? By the way: I have to point out one thing. I had a screen.4 with lines which were too short. I replaced screen.4 with the one from the very first distribution. This is exactly the same screen, but with the proper line length.
