Anybody have patches to top that will extend it to sunOS 4.0 and the
PC/RT running AOS 4.3bsd? -subtle changes in system structs and
header files seem to prevent it from compiling.

Sun appear to have re-worked sys/param.h and sys/proc.h a bit. May not
be significantly different, but eg #ifdef KERNEL -ing 75% of param.h out 
makes it a bit hard to compile user-space programs!
