Anyone out on the net know of a program that will switch an Amiga screen
from NTSC to PAL and let you see the bottom part of a screen in the
British PAL format? I just picked up a PAL format version of Elite for
my Amiga, and would like to find that PAL to NTSC screen toggling
program that I saw somewhere before.

I can vaguely remember that I saw it in one of the Amiga disk magazines
a long while back. It was one of the extra programs they put on the
disk for shareware, I believe. Does anyone know where such a PAL<=>NTSC
program can be found? I don't believe it was on any of the Fish disks.
