Message-ID: <18768@cup.portal.com> Date: 24 May 89 23:28:34 GMT Organization: The Portal System (TM) Lines: 9 Has anyone ever devised a "hack" of a driver to get the ST-296N hard disk to work with the Starboard SCSI adaptor? I heard that it wouldnt work, and I also heard it would work. I called Microbotics and they said they were working on the new driver for it, which wouldnt be released for a few months. I really want to get the 296N instead of the 277N, because of the extra space. Even if only a flaky driver has been slapped together by someone, let me know. I have to purchase this drive soon.
