I am trying to round up the latest version of ISpell.  In so doing I have
stumbled on a couple questions.

FredFish Disk 191 has ISpell V2.0 02 with enhancements by Tomas Rokicki.
Titan.Rice.Edu also has ISpell V2, but it contains a patch to correct a
few problems.  The patch is in 'C'.  I do not have the facilities to
compile and include the patch if it is not already included>

So... Has the patch been applied to the version on FF191?  Has it been
applied to V2 at Rice?  What type of enhancements did Tom make?

I had intended to just pull the copy from FF191, but UIHUB does not want
to cooperate, so now I am left with the decision of whether to wait for
UIX to post FF189-200 or take the executables from Rice.

Any clues would be appreciated.
