Does anyone know if the 1.3 Manuals have been released? I have heard
conflicting rumors, and the local Amiga dealer has no idea about them
(he stated that they might wait till 1.4 came out & just skip 1.3).

(Would the 1.3 manuals be that much different from existing ones ?)

I'm mainly interested in the Exec manual.
