If you DO have the mentioned programs (less & play) your problem resides in the INFO of the icons you are clicking on. To fix that, just select the icon (click on it once) and select "info" from the top menu. The display will show under "DEFAUL TOOL" the complete path to the tool needed for the file (less or play or whatever). Rewrite this field with your path to the programs (e.g. dh0:Music/play or so).
