Well after much work I have finally gotten a fix for the Lattice 5.02
68881 header file:

Change the following:

The exp function should be   (0X0010,d) not (0X001E,d)
The log function should be   (0X0014,d) not (0X0016,d)

After making these changes do not forget to use lcompact to compress the
header file. I hope that this is of help to some people, I have tried
the change and have found that the savage benchmarks really flys now with
the right answer(for once).
