I've come up with a really bizarre problem this time:

	I select a disk icon and then pull down the menu "initialize".  It readsthe initilization program off of my dos disk and then it give me the normal 
requestors, then it formats 1 track, and it just stops, the requestor goes away
and it behaves as though the format were complete.

This happens with both 1.3 and 1.2.  This happens on all three of my drives.
This is the same machine which was having it's video blank out.

Any more ideas?  ALL other disk and i/o related functions appear to be working
correctly, it's just the format program that dies.
HELP!
