Here's the definition of the default arrow cursor used by the DM.

            Size:    8 columns x 16 rows
            Hotspot: 7 , 15

            Pattern bitmap:  (short words)
             0x0100, 0x0300, 0x0700, 0x0F00, 0x1B00,  0x3300, 0x6300, 0xFB00,
             0x1F00, 0x1B00, 0x3100, 0x3000, 0x6000,  0x6000, 0xC000, 0xC000

            Mask bitmap, same as pattern.
