I like that Idea!  But...I received a letter from DEVSERVICES that stated
who to send in ATTN of, and that they would make an exception in my case,
and accept a PO.

Now lets see if Accounting will itemize this under Software.  I just love
universities, its even better when your under Federal jurisdiction, and the
university doesnt know where to "lump" you.
