According to the (non-updated) Toolbox References, there is no Desk Manager
routine to Uninstall a DA, only to INSTALL a CDA or NDA.  It would seem to be
a bit of a problem uninstallinDA without using the Desk Manager, as it is
thorougly tied in to most DAs (anything that is run at intervals, such as
a clock).
