    I also would like to see a place to throw 8-bit files.  I have a large
    (VERY large) collection of PD software that I'd love to upload to the
    net--if there were a place to put it!!! 

Any PD stuff that you'd like made available in the program archives
should just be sent to me.  I'll see that they make it in.
