Here is my situation: I just moved back to my parents' house and I'll probably be here for 6 months or so. My mother has an IBM compat. with a practically empty 40 meg hard drive. I was wondering if it would be possible to connect the two machines using the serial ports and use the IBM as a file server. I want the ST to pretend that drive c: on the IBM is an external hard disk (d: I guess). I suppose that throughput would be limited to 19.2K baud. Any ideas on this? A SLOW external hard drive beat no hard drive at the moment.
