A member of our users' group sent a check to tech Specialities last December
for a memory upgrade. Despite repeated phone calls, letters, etc., Tech
Specialties refuses to ship the board, refund the money, etc.

Has anyone out there had dealings with these people? Is there anyone out there	who could intervene in our member's behalf? Details available on request.
