I am pretty sure that you're referring to the stepping-out(tm) type program
iumported from germany.  basically (ouch, another no-no word) it gives you
a "big" virtual screen that automagically scrolls when the mouse hits the
borders, anywhere from 640*400 to around 4000*3000.  Horizontal scrolling is
pittiful, but vertical is decent.  Also, it only works with TOS 1.2 and above.
