I just bought an HP Deskjet Plus to use with my 1040ST. It self-tests ok,
but I can't get it to print through either the parallel port, using the
cable from an Okimate 20, or through the serial port, using my modem
cable. Do I need a special cable to talk to this printer, or might I be
doing something else wrong?  Thanks for any suggestions.
