	I need a source code package, either commercial, shareware, or
	public domain, that has low-level and high-level graphics routines
	for a VGA card running on either an IBM PC or Sun386i.  The code
	should be in C (or assembly) and contain functions similar to
	those found in GRAPHICS.LIB of Turbo C and Microsoft C (i.e. 
	circle, ellipse, floodfill, getimage, putimage, setactivepage, 
	setcolor, setvideomode, ect).

	Any references to any books, periodicals, companies that sell such
	a package, or BBSs where such code might be downloaded would be
	appreciated.
