If this is not possible then I need to be able to make the prompt start the play back of a Prokey Macro. If I can cause the prompt to activate the tsr with ^R then I need to be able to make it send the codes for the function keys 1-8 to the tsr. I think I could do this if I had a program that would send the contents of the prompt into the keyboard buffer and follow them with a carriage return. The program would need to be able to edit what part of the prompt it sent to the keyboard. I would appreciate any comments or source code to programs that will do this if it is not to large. Thanks for all responses. -- Mike Lawler UUCP: !{iuvax,pur-ee}!bsu-cs!mdlawler ARPA: mdlawler@bsu-cs.bsu.edu
