I have a Western Digital dual floppy/hard controller (2,7RLL 1:1 interleave).
One of the jumpers on the board is documented as a switch for dual speed/single
speed floppies.  What exactly does this mean?  Is a dual speed floppy one that
can write to two kinds of disks (e.g. a 1.44 Meg floppy drive)?
