There is a program called SWEEP which allows you to execute any other
command in every directory.  It was originally in PC MAG.  THey also
distributed it in their utility disk that they gave away with subscriptions.
It is copyrighted, but, I believe it can be freely distributed as long
as no profit is involved.  You may be able to find it on a BBS near you.
