Said document is around two megabytes, so I'm probably looking for a program able to handle documents larger than memory. Also a plus would be any mechanism to deal with "fuzzy" matching of words, since the document in question is in Middle English, where spelling was not highly consistent. I would of course prefer PD software, but there is money available if it will noticeably increase quality.
