Does anyone know of a utility to set up "logins" for the Mac?

I know of several disk protection schemes, but we really want
something just like logins on a workstation. The intent is to
limit use of the machine to a few people or projects 
and to log how much time is spent on each (for cost justifica-
tions, tax deductions, etc.)

I will summarize to the net if I get enough responses - thanks.
