I've no easy answer to the question "How do you connect LocalTalk to T1?"

My answer is a little easier than the one given, though. Instead of connecting
the VitaLink to a Kinetics, why not connect it to a Mac with an EtherTalk
card running Liason? If you are on a Mac II-level machine, you should be able
to handle lots of traffic and still use the machine productively.

If you wait for June 12, you can buy the software bridge from Apple.
