I have spent quite some time tracking down a resonably priced Mac SE ethernet card. Kinetic's Etherport SE is a good choice but lists at $1495 Cdn from the sources I've tried. The IPT-1000 by Information Presentation Technologies was much better priced at $471 Cdn, but after waiting for a working card for almost 10 months we cancelled the order and went with Dove's FastNet SE at $505 Cdn. The perfomance isn't anywhere near a typical PC ethernet card, but is better than straight localtalk. I suspect to see some new cards at the Boston MacWorld. -- Paul H.
