My apologies to Hank for the above reference. It seems that
my terminal emulator & vi are having a bit of a problem getting
along together (likely story, I know) and I deleted the wrong 
reference.

Hank wrote a reply to the original article that asked how to get
the CD if you are not a developer.

Again, my apologies Hank. 

Sorry for clogging the net, but the reference was public, so the
retraction should be.
