Sorry about the mathexe reference.  In mathremote, change
	$mathdir/$machdir/mathexe
to
	$mathdir/NeXT/mathraw
Also, due to a bug in the .9 building, math and mathremote contain
a silly path for $mathdir.  Change the definition to
	mathdir=/NextApps/Mathematica.app/Kernel
