I don't know about the content, but as to availability...

It was originally slated for March '89

Computer Literacy Bookstore (here in the Bay Area) told me
   they were expecting it May 15th.  I checked.  They still
   don't have it.

The book is published by Addison-Wesley(sp?).  I understand
   that they are known for delayed releases.  You might check
   with them directly.
