i've complained to my salesdroid about dropping the HM but he still
insists that it will be available from special products.  this despite a
sun sales memo announcing the demise of the HM and the 19" greyscale.  the
greyscale will be replaced by the 17" grey.  orders will be accepted
through this year.  we only have a couple here so i can see the merit in
sun's position.

i just don't like it.
