The flyer I got lists the 1400 at $999, but the internal hard disk at (GASP) $1199.00. At this price I'm really tempted to get a 1400 for myself, but that's a rather hefty sum for a 20 meg hard drive. Has anyone out there heard of a more reasonably priced hard drive for laptops that might be compatible? As for the model being discontinued, $999.00 is more in line with the price everybody else's laptops sell for. Tandy has announced that it will be making laptops in Fut Wuth for Panasonic and itself, so I'm sure Tandy isn't abandoning the laptop market. John Reynolds As usual, the above opinions are those of an individual who wishes all computer hardware was free.
